New Zealand Post have advised us of the following leadtimes for delivery in various regions throughout New Zealand:

| Auckland | 5 to 10 Working Days |
| Waikato | 4 to 5 Working Days |
| Rest of NZ | 3 to 4 Working Days |
If you are in Auckland, please do not call NZ Post unless your parcel has been delayed longer than 10 working days, or 5 working days for the rest of NZ. You can call them on 0800 COURIER to follow up on a delivery from us – please note that we are unable to lodge a query until it has been over the above delivery period.
